The CARMEX MT0625E1514UN is a helical flute thread mill designed for cutting internal UNF threads in a single helical interpolation pass. Built from solid carbide in material grade MT7 and coated with TiAlN for heat and wear resistance, this tool targets demanding thread milling applications where precision and tool life are critical. It produces a 7/8-14 internal thread with a cutting diameter of 0.591 inches, a length of cut of 1.46 inches, and a 5/8-inch shank diameter. With 5 right-hand flutes and 14 teeth per inch, it delivers clean thread geometry in ferrous and non-ferrous workpiece materials. Installed and operated by CNC machinists and toolroom technicians.

This thread mill is suited for CNC machining centers performing internal thread milling on medium to large bore features in production and job shop environments. The 4.0-inch overall length and 2.5-inch shank length provide reach for applications where clearance is a factor.
