The CARMEX H23-11BSPTMT7 is a carbide thread mill insert designed for cutting BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper) threads at 11 teeth per inch. Manufactured from submicron carbide in the MT7 grade with a TiAlN finish, this insert delivers consistent thread form and extended tool life in demanding cutting conditions. The H23 insert style supports both internal and external threading operations, making it a versatile single-tool solution for shops and field machinists working with BSPT pipe thread applications. It is not a conical insert and mounts in compatible H23-series thread mill bodies.
