The CARMEX B0500C1012UN is a solid carbide helical flute thread mill designed for cutting internal UNC threads at a 9/16-12 specification. It carries a TiAlN coating that extends tool life in demanding cutting conditions and handles heat well in dry or minimum-quantity lubrication environments. The tool runs on a 0.5 inch shank diameter, reaches 1.04 inches of length of cut, and spans 4 inches overall. It features three right-hand flutes and a coolant-through design, making it a production-capable option for shops threading steel, stainless, cast iron, and similar materials rated under Material Grade MT7.
