The CARMEX 3/8INRHA60P is a solid carbide, uncoated laydown threading insert designed for right-hand internal threading operations. It generates a 60-degree partial profile thread and covers a range of 48 to 16 TPI, which corresponds to a metric pitch range of 0.50 to 1.50 mm. The insert seats in a 3/8-inch inscribed circle (IC) toolholder and measures 0.146 inches thick. Uncoated solid carbide construction in grade C-5 / P-30 delivers consistent cutting performance across a wide range of workpiece materials. This insert is sized and styled for use by machinists and CNC tooling specialists on turning centers and thread-turning lathes.

Installation Notes
