The CARMEX 22UER4ACMEP30 is a solid carbide, uncoated laydown threading insert designed for cutting external Acme threads at 4 threads per inch (TPI). With a 1/2-inch inscribed circle and a thickness of 0.187 inches, this insert fits standard 22U-style toolholders and handles both left-hand and right-hand threading operations. The P30 grade (material grade C5) makes it well-suited for a wide range of workpiece materials.
