The CARMEX 11INRH24UNMXC/G is a solid carbide laydown threading insert engineered for right-hand internal UN thread cutting at 24 threads per inch (TPI). Built to the 11IR insert style with a 1/4-inch inscribed circle and a thickness of 0.127 inches, this insert carries a PVD-applied TiN (titanium nitride) coating and is manufactured to the MXC grade. It is designed for use in CNC lathes and turning centers performing internal threading operations. The 60-degree included angle conforms to the UN thread standard. Licensed machinists and CNC operators working in production and job-shop environments are the primary users of this insert.

This insert is suited for internal UN thread applications across a broad range of workpiece materials.
