The CARLISLE HARDCAST 308609 Seal-Tack is a white, water-based synthetic latex sealant engineered for sealing cut ends of fibrous glass duct liner and coating foam insulation. It delivers strong vapor barrier performance, making it a go-to solution for liquid chiller piping insulation systems. With a service temperature range of -20 degrees F to 200 degrees F and a coverage rate of up to 200 square feet per gallon, this 1-gallon unit is suited for both interior and exterior insulation finishing work. Application temperature range is 35 degrees F to 110 degrees F. HVAC and mechanical insulation contractors are the primary installers for this product.

Seal-Tack is used in commercial and industrial HVAC applications where fibrous glass duct liner or foam pipe insulation requires a durable, weather-resistant vapor seal.
