The Carlisle CCWI-181-WHITE is a water based duct sealant supplied in a 1 gallon bucket. It is formulated for both indoor and outdoor applications, making it a versatile choice for HVAC installers, sheet metal contractors, and mechanical insulation professionals. This sealant works on all standard duct types including metal duct, glass fiber duct board, flex duct, duct fabric, and flexible tubing runouts. The synthetic latex composition bonds well to these surfaces and creates a durable, airtight seal that helps reduce air leakage in duct systems. Reducing duct leakage improves system efficiency, lowers energy costs, and keeps conditioned air where it belongs. The white color blends cleanly on light-colored duct systems and finished assemblies.
