The CAMPBELL T9641005 is a screw pin anchor shackle rated at a 6,500 lb working load limit, forged from steel for consistent strength and durability. The screw pin design allows for quick, tool-free connection and disconnection, making it a practical choice for rigging, lifting, and load-securing applications. This shackle is intended for use by riggers, ironworkers, and contractors who need a reliable, rated connection point in demanding job-site conditions. The forged steel construction delivers uniform grain structure throughout the body, supporting the rated load capacity without deformation under normal working loads.
Screw pin shackles in this load range are widely used in construction, industrial rigging, towing, and material handling. The 6,500 lb WLL positions this shackle for moderate-duty lifting and securing tasks in both residential and light commercial settings. It is suitable as a connecting link between wire rope, chain, synthetic slings, and rigging hardware. Always verify the WLL of every component in the rigging assembly before use, and never exceed the rated working load limit of the shackle.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or add-on screw pin anchor shackle for use with wire rope, chain, and synthetic sling rigging assemblies rated at or above 6,500 lb working load limit.
Screw pin shackles should be installed by a qualified rigger familiar with applicable ASME B30.26 rigging hardware standards. Before installing, inspect the shackle body and pin for cracks, deformation, or corrosion, and replace any shackle that shows signs of damage. Thread the screw pin fully and back off no more than one quarter turn to allow for load alignment. Never side-load a shackle beyond its rated capacity, and always ensure the load bears on the bow, not the pin.
