The CAMPBELL 5624415 is a Grade 100 alloy steel eye hook rated for 4,300 pounds working load. It is designed for use with 9/32-inch Grade 100 chain in overhead lifting, rigging, and load-securement applications. The forged alloy steel construction meets the demands of industrial and construction rigging where high-strength, low-weight hardware is required. The eye-style top fitting accepts a connecting link or shackle for attachment to a chain or sling assembly. Licensed riggers, ironworkers, and industrial maintenance technicians are the typical end users for this class of hardware.
This eye hook is suited for overhead lifting slings, chain hoists, load binders, and rigging assemblies in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, and heavy equipment service. It pairs with 9/32-inch Grade 100 chain and is appropriate for both permanent rigging assemblies and field-assembled lifting configurations. The 2.5-inch reach and 0.37-inch hook throat accommodate standard Grade 100 fittings at this chain size. Overall assembly length is 3.69 inches.
Designed for use with 9/32-inch Grade 100 alloy chain assemblies. Intended as a rigging component in overhead lifting and load-securement systems rated for Grade 100 chain at this working load limit.
Installation should be performed by a qualified rigger or lift supervisor in accordance with applicable ASME B30 rigging standards and OSHA overhead lifting regulations. Inspect the hook, eye, and latch for deformation, cracks, or wear before each use. Never exceed the rated working load limit, and never substitute a lower-grade chain fitting in a Grade 100 assembly. Remove from service immediately if the hook throat is opened beyond its manufactured dimension or if any visible damage is present.
