The CAMPBELL 5391835 is a bolt-pin anchor shackle forged from carbon steel with a hot-dip galvanized finish. Anchor shackles, also called bow shackles, provide a wide bow-shaped body that accepts loads from multiple directions, making them well suited for rigging, lifting, and tie-down applications. The bolt pin design allows for secure, positive fastening in applications where the pin could otherwise work loose under dynamic or rotating loads. Rated to ASTM A-153 galvanizing standards, this shackle is built for use in corrosive or outdoor environments where bare steel would deteriorate quickly. A maximum material thickness of 2.625 inches is accommodated at the shackle bow.
This shackle is a standard fit for rigging, marine, construction, and general industrial use where a dependable anchor-style connection point is required. It is commonly used by riggers, ironworkers, and marine service professionals to connect wire rope, chain, hooks, or lifting slings to load points. The galvanized finish makes it appropriate for outdoor and wet-environment installations, including dock lines, overhead lifting rigs, and fall-arrest anchor systems. Each unit is sold and packaged individually.
Designed as an OEM-style anchor shackle for general rigging, lifting, and tie-down applications requiring a galvanized bolt-pin connection point.
Bolt-pin shackles should be installed by qualified riggers following applicable ASME B30.26 rigging hardware standards. Before use, inspect the pin threads and bow for deformation, cracks, or corrosion. Thread the bolt pin fully and secure the nut; never substitute pins from other shackles or hardware. Remove load before disassembling or repositioning the shackle.
