The CAMBRIDGE-LEE INDUSTRIES 061212500B is a pre-insulated copper line set engineered for refrigerant distribution between indoor and outdoor units in split-system and ductless mini-split installations. The set includes a 3/8 inch liquid line and a 3/4 inch suction line, both terminated with plain ends for field flaring or swaging. At 50 feet in length, it suits a wide range of residential and light commercial runs. The 3/4 inch black polyethylene hard-shell insulation on the suction line is UV resistant and rated for R-410A refrigerant, helping maintain system efficiency over the life of the installation. Footage markings appear every foot along the insulation jacket, simplifying measurement during rough-in work.
This line set is designed for ductless mini-split systems, VRF commercial systems, split system air conditioners, and heat pumps where R-410A refrigerant is used. The rugged, anti-tear exterior polyethylene jacket allows the assembly to be pulled through walls, ceilings, and conduit chases with reduced risk of insulation damage during installation. It is appropriate for both new construction and replacement service work in residential and light commercial settings. HVAC technicians installing single-zone or multi-zone ductless systems will find the per-foot markings and durable jacket practical on longer runs.
Suitable for ductless mini-split systems, VRF commercial systems, split system air conditioners, and heat pumps using R-410A refrigerant where a 3/8 inch liquid line and 3/4 inch suction line configuration is required.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local mechanical codes and the equipment manufacturer's instructions. Shut down and recover all system refrigerant before disconnecting or replacing an existing line set. Plain-end connections require field flaring or swaging with proper tooling rated for ACR copper tubing. Avoid sharp bends that could kink or restrict the refrigerant lines during routing.
