The CAMBRIDGE-LEE INDUSTRIES 061212200B is a pre-insulated copper refrigerant line set designed for connecting outdoor condensing units to indoor air handlers in split-type refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The set includes a 3/8 inch liquid line and a 3/4 inch suction line, both with plain end connections, running a total length of 20 feet. The suction line is wrapped in 3/4 inch black polyethylene hard shell insulation rated for UV exposure and approved for use with R-410A refrigerant. Both lines are manufactured from copper to ASTM B743/B88 material standards. Licensed HVAC technicians install this line set as part of new system installations or replacement work on split system equipment.
This line set is suited for use in ductless mini-split systems, variable refrigerant flow commercial systems, and traditional split system air conditioners and heat pumps. The 20-foot run length fits a wide range of standard residential and light commercial installation distances between the outdoor unit and indoor evaporator. The insulation is marked every foot to assist with accurate measurement and routing during installation. The rugged, anti-tear exterior simplifies pulling the line set through walls, chases, and conduit without damaging the insulation jacket.
Designed for use with ductless mini-split systems, VRF commercial systems, and split system air conditioners and heat pumps. Suitable for R-410A refrigerant applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician holding an EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling certification. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power to both the indoor and outdoor units before beginning line set connections. Plain end connections require field brazing or mechanical flaring; follow applicable local mechanical codes and manufacturer specifications for joint type and leak testing procedures. Ensure the line set is properly supported and protected against physical damage after installation to maintain insulation integrity.
