The CAMBRIDGE-LEE INDUSTRIES 061208200B is a pre-insulated copper refrigerant line set engineered for residential and light commercial cooling and heating installations. It includes a 3/8-inch liquid line and a 3/4-inch suction line, both run together in a 20-foot length. The suction line is wrapped in 1/2-inch black polyethylene hard-shell insulation that resists UV exposure and carries an anti-tear exterior for easier routing through tight spaces. Copper construction meets ASTM B743/B88 material specification, and the insulation system is rated to ASTM E84/C1427 and UL standards. The set is approved for use with R-410A refrigerant. Insulation is marked every foot to simplify length measurement and documentation during rough-in.
This line set is designed for ductless mini-split systems, variable refrigerant flow commercial systems, and traditional split-system air conditioners and heat pumps. Plain end connections on both the liquid and suction lines allow the installing technician to cut, deburr, and flare or braze to the equipment's service valves without adapters. The 20-foot length suits most standard residential outdoor unit placements and many light commercial rooftop-to-indoor-unit runs. The rugged outer shell holds up to job-site handling, concrete, and masonry contact.
Designed for use with ductless mini-split systems, VRF commercial systems, and split-system air conditioners and heat pumps using R-410A refrigerant with plain-end copper line connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician familiar with refrigerant piping practices and local mechanical code requirements. Power down the indoor and outdoor units and recover any system refrigerant per EPA Section 608 regulations before disconnecting existing lines. Cut plain ends cleanly, deburr thoroughly, and flare or braze per equipment manufacturer specifications. Support the line set at regular intervals and protect penetrations through walls or decking with appropriate sleeves or grommets to preserve insulation integrity.
