The CALBRITE S62000MH00 is a 2-inch trade size conduit hanger with stainless steel nut and bolt, designed for securing rigid conduit and IMC in demanding industrial environments. Constructed from Type 316 stainless steel with a brite polished finish, this mini hanger delivers superior corrosion resistance where standard carbon steel hardware fails. The mounting slot accepts a 1/4-inch fastener, and the overall body measures 1.25 inches wide by 4.03 inches tall. Licensed electricians and instrumentation technicians working in corrosive or sanitary environments specify this hardware where both structural integrity and cleanliness standards must be maintained simultaneously.
The S62000MH00 is engineered for corrosive and sanitary process environments where standard hardware is not acceptable. Typical installations include food and beverage production facilities, pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing, chemical plants, water and wastewater treatment plants, petrochemical and refining operations, pulp and paper mills, and marine or coastal facilities. The hanger is compatible with stainless steel rigid conduit, stainless IMC, galvanized conduit, and aluminum conduit, making it a versatile choice across multiple conduit material selections on the same project.
Designed for use with stainless steel rigid conduit, stainless IMC, galvanized conduit, and aluminum conduit at 2-inch trade size. Suitable for installations in food and beverage production, chemical plants, water and wastewater treatment, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, refining and extraction sites, petrochemical operations, marine and coastal facilities, and pulp and paper mills.
Installation is performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with NEC Article 344 for rigid metal conduit or Article 342 for IMC, as applicable. De-energize all circuits in the work area before securing conduit runs. Use appropriate stainless steel fasteners throughout the support assembly to prevent galvanic corrosion, particularly in wet or chemically active locations. Do not substitute carbon steel hardware in environments where the 316 stainless specification was selected for corrosion or sanitary compliance.
