The C.H. HANSON 25300 is a 27-piece reverse stamp set used to create raised, mirror-image impressions on soft metals, plastics, and similar workable materials. Each stamp is machined from steel and sized at 1/4 inch character height, delivering consistent, legible marks suited to die-making, mold work, and fabrication applications where a standard forward stamp would produce an unreadable result. The set includes alphabet characters and symbols, covering the full range of typical marking needs. Shanks measure 1/2 inch for secure chuck or hammer-drive use, and each stamp body runs 3 inches in length for controlled grip during striking.
This set is intended for machinists, toolmakers, metal fabricators, and die makers who require reverse-impression marking. Reverse stamps are commonly used in mold and die production where the final cast or pressed part must display readable forward text. The plastic storage container keeps all 27 pieces organized and protected between jobs, making the set practical for both bench use and field work in fabrication shops.
Designed for use in mold, die, and fabrication applications requiring reverse-impression letter and symbol stamps with a 1/2 inch shank and 1/4 inch character height.
Use with a ball-peen or dead-blow hammer appropriate to the workpiece material hardness. Secure the workpiece firmly before striking to prevent movement and misalignment. Inspect each stamp tip before use and replace any stamps showing mushroomed or cracked shanks. Eye protection is required during all stamp-striking operations per standard shop safety practice.
