    Late, damaged, denied return.

    The boiler is fine, I am sure but if no use to me as it took so long to get here( way past the projected shipping date) and was damaged when it arrived. My installer advised to return the boiler and I asked Voomi to do so. They dragged their feet for weeks and now are denying a return. I am happy to even pay for return shipping if that is fair, but they don’t seem very interested in making their customers happy. I would look anywhere else for your HVAC supplies if you value fairness and customer service.
