The BULLARD 20ticsn is a Tychem QC chemical protective hood designed for use with airline supplied-air systems or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) blower assemblies. Part of the CC20 Series, this hood is constructed from Tychem QC material, a polyethylene-coated fabric that delivers strong splash protection against a broad range of acids, bases, and liquid chemicals. Seams are taped and sealed for added chemical resistance. A dual-bib design, featuring both an inner and outer bib, provides an extra barrier at the neck and chest. The bib length is extended compared to the standard TIC model. This unit ships as a box of 5 hoods and is intended for installation and use by safety-trained industrial, pharmaceutical, and chemical-handling personnel.

The 20ticsn is suited for environments where liquid chemical splash is a primary hazard. Approved by NIOSH for Type C supplied-air applications, the CC20 Series is used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical and pesticide handling, spray painting and coating operations, and nuclear facilities. The hood does not require fit testing and accommodates beards, prescription eyewear, and safety glasses. Climate control options are available when paired with supplied-air systems.
