The BUCHANAN BSER4/0-5 is a plastic service entrance cable strap designed to secure 4/0 AWG service entrance cable to structural surfaces using a 2-hole, nail-drive installation method. Each strap features a smooth plastic saddle that holds cable firmly without abrading the outer jacket. Zinc-plated nails are included and resist rust in exposed or damp locations. The strap is rated for a temperature range of 32 to 185 degrees F and carries a dielectric strength of 1500 V, making it appropriate for residential and light commercial service entrance applications. This pack contains 5 straps. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors install these during service entrance rough-in work.
