The BSC PREFERRED WS2055 is a manual pallet truck designed for warehouse and material handling operations where maneuverability and load security are priorities. The unit allows a powered or manual truck to enter the pallet from all four sides, reducing repositioning time on the floor. Key mechanical features include reinforced forks, an overload bypass system, and adjustable fork connecting rods. Load wheels are 1.70 inches steel and the steering wheels are 6 inches polyurethane. Lowered fork height is 1.75 inches and raised height is 6 inches, providing a low-profile entry for standard pallets. This truck is suited for warehouse associates and material handling crews managing routine stock movement.
The WS2055 is built for general warehouse, distribution center, and storage facility applications. The 4-way pallet entry design supports use with standard GMA-style pallets in tight rack and floor-storage configurations. The 180-degree steering range allows the operator to navigate corners and confined aisles without excessive repositioning. The rubber-coated handle and 3-position hand control - raise, lower, and neutral - give the operator direct, tactile command of load positioning during pick-and-place operations.
Designed for use with standard warehouse pallets that support 4-way entry. Suitable for general material handling applications in warehouse, distribution, and storage environments.
Assembly and initial deployment should be performed by qualified warehouse or material handling personnel familiar with pallet jack operation and OSHA material handling guidelines. Inspect hydraulic function, fork height travel, and steering response before placing the unit into service. Do not exceed the rated load capacity, and ensure the overload bypass engages correctly under test conditions prior to use.
