The BSC PREFERRED WS2035 is a deluxe manual pallet truck designed for warehouse and material handling applications. It features tapered fork tips for easier pallet entry, a rubber coated handle, and 8 gauge reinforced forks that measure 6 inches wide. The 3 position hand control allows the operator to raise, lower, or hold neutral with a single lever. Steering wheels are 8 inches molded polyurethane and load wheels are 3 inches molded polyurethane, both providing smooth movement across warehouse floors. Lowered fork height is 3 inches and raised height is 8 inches. This unit is suited for dock workers, warehouse staff, and material handling crews in light to medium distribution environments.
The WS2035 fits standard pallet jack applications in warehouses, distribution centers, and storage facilities. It is intended for moving standard palletized loads across level or mildly uneven concrete surfaces. Entry and exit rollers ease pallet engagement and disengagement. The 200 degree steering range allows tight maneuvering in confined aisles and dock staging areas. An adjustable fork tie rod system and pump overload bypass add durability and protection during heavy use cycles.
Designed as a standard OEM-style manual pallet truck suitable for typical warehouse pallet handling applications using standard GMA pallets and similar pallet configurations.
Setup and initial deployment should be performed by qualified warehouse equipment personnel familiar with manual pallet jack operation and OSHA material handling guidelines. Inspect hydraulic fluid level and fork clearance before first use. Keep the unit clear of ramps and uneven surfaces beyond its rated operational design. Perform a function test of the raise, lower, and neutral positions before placing the unit into regular service.
