The BSC PREFERRED WNSF8372LR6 is a three-compartment floor mount scullery sink built for high-volume commercial kitchen environments. Fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, it measures 120 inches long by 27.5 inches wide by 14 inches deep overall. Each of the three basins measures 24 inches by 24 inches by 14 inches and includes a centrally positioned 3.5-inch drain for efficient waste removal. A coved corner construction at 14-inch radius simplifies cleaning and reduces bacterial harborage points. A polished satin finish resists corrosion and maintains appearance under daily commercial use. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers are the primary trades for this fixture.
This sink is suited for restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and institutional foodservice operations that require a dedicated three-bay wash, rinse, and sanitize station. The floor mount configuration supported by adjustable stainless steel tubular legs accommodates uneven floors and allows leveling on installation. The full-length 8-inch backsplash provides a barrier against wall splash and includes clearance for plumbing rough-in. The channel rim design with a 2-inch apron and inwardly sloping edges reduces spillage onto surrounding floor surfaces, keeping the work area cleaner during peak service periods.
Designed as a floor mount three-compartment scullery sink for commercial foodservice installations including restaurants, hotels, and cafeterias requiring a dedicated wash, rinse, and sanitize workflow.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber familiar with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements for commercial food-service sinks. Shut off water supply lines before connecting drain assemblies or supply fittings. Verify floor levelness prior to final leg adjustment and confirm drain rough-in locations align with each basin outlet before setting the sink in place. This fixture requires proper support from the finished floor surface and should not be suspended or cantilevered.
