The BSC PREFERRED WNSF8354LR4 is a triple compartment stainless steel scullery sink built for heavy-duty commercial kitchen service. Constructed from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, the sink measures 102 inches long by 27.5 inches wide by 14 inches deep and weighs 256 pounds. All three bowls share identical dimensions of 18 inches by 24 inches by 14 inches, each fitted with a center-positioned 3.5-inch drain opening. A sloped drainboard channels water runoff efficiently, while an 8-inch full-length backsplash controls splatter. Welded 1.4-inch radius coved corners eliminate hard-to-clean seams. The satin finish is consistent across the entire unit. This sink is installed by licensed plumbers in commercial food-service facilities.
This sink is suited for high-volume washing and preparation tasks in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and similar commercial food-service environments. The three generously sized compartments support simultaneous wash, rinse, and sanitize workflows required by most health code three-compartment sink protocols. The channel rim design and sloped drainboard help keep surrounding work surfaces dry during continuous use. The 2-inch backsplash thickness provides clearance for plumbing rough-in without cutting into the finished wall surface. Stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable feet allow for leveling on uneven floors and comply with typical underframe clearance requirements.
Designed as an OEM-style commercial scullery sink for integration into standard commercial kitchen layouts requiring a three-compartment stainless steel sink configuration.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and health department regulations governing commercial three-compartment sinks. Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in locations before positioning the unit. Adjust the tubular leg feet to level the sink before making final drain and supply connections. Do not overtighten drain fittings against the stainless steel bowls, as this can distort the drain seat.
