The BSC PREFERRED WNSF8345LR6 is a floor-mount, triple compartment scullery sink with an integrated drainboard, built for heavy-duty commercial kitchen environments. Constructed from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, it measures 93 inches in length, 27.5 inches in width, and 14 inches in depth overall. Each of the three bowls measures 15 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 14 inches deep, with a 3.5-inch centered drain opening per compartment for efficient drainage. Welded corners are ground smooth to a 1/4-inch radius for sanitation compliance. This sink is installed by licensed plumbers in restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, and institutional foodservice operations.
This sink is suited for commercial kitchens requiring multi-bay warewashing, food prep, or scullery operations. The integrated drainboard is pitched for rapid drainage, reducing standing water on work surfaces. Six faucet holes provide flexibility for pre-rinse sprayers, faucets, or soap dispensers depending on the station layout. The 8-inch full-length backsplash slopes toward the sink to direct runoff and simplify cleaning. A 2-inch channel rim with inward-sloping apron contains spills at the perimeter. Stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable bullet-shaped feet allow for leveling on uneven floors and compliance with height requirements set by local health codes.
Designed as a commercial-grade floor-mount scullery sink for use in restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, and institutional kitchens requiring a three-compartment warewashing or food prep station.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and health department regulations. Shut off water supply lines before making any drain or supply connections. Verify floor drain placement and stub-out locations prior to setting the unit, as leg positioning and drainboard orientation are fixed at manufacture. Local health departments typically require three-compartment sinks to be used with labeled wash, rinse, and sanitize bays — confirm signage and workflow compliance before final inspection.
