The BSC PREFERRED WNSF82542 is a floor-mounted, double-compartment scullery sink built for the high-volume demands of commercial kitchens. Constructed from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a polished satin finish, this sink measures 57 inches in length, 27.5 inches in width, and 14 inches in depth. Each of the two compartments measures 27 inches in length by 24 inches in width and is pitched for drainage, with a centrally located 3.5-inch drain opening. The sink is supported by stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable feet. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers are the primary trades responsible for this fixture.
This scullery sink is designed for heavy-use commercial environments including hotel kitchens, restaurant prep areas, cafeteria dishwashing stations, and bar service applications. The floor-mount configuration accommodates workflows requiring large-volume water handling, food preparation, and equipment rinsing. The dual-compartment layout allows simultaneous use for separate tasks, making it well-suited for high-throughput operations. Two faucet holes are provided for flexible faucet configuration, accommodating single or spread-mount deck-mount faucet installations.
Designed as a floor-mount OEM-style scullery sink for commercial kitchen installations requiring dual-compartment stainless steel sinks in hotel, restaurant, cafeteria, bar, and food-service environments.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and ensure proper floor drain positioning before setting the sink. Adjustable feet allow leveling on uneven commercial kitchen floors; verify leg stability before connecting drain and faucet lines. Do not support load from the backsplash or apron during positioning.
