The BSC PREFERRED WNSF8248L2 is a floor-mount, double compartment scullery sink built from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel for high-demand commercial kitchen environments. The unit measures 73.5 inches long by 27.5 inches wide by 44 inches tall and weighs 201 pounds. Each of the two bowls measures 24 inches by 24 inches by 14 inches deep, providing ample capacity for concurrent dishwashing and food preparation tasks. A sloped drainboard, welded 14-radius coved corners, and a full-length 8-inch backsplash contribute to sanitary operation and easy cleaning. Stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable bullet-shaped feet allow leveling on uneven floors. Licensed plumbers install this fixture in commercial food service facilities.
The WNSF8248L2 is designed for commercial kitchens in hotels, restaurants, and cafeterias where simultaneous scullery and prep operations are required. The two-bowl configuration supports multitasking: one bowl for pot washing, the other for ingredient prep or rinsing. Each bowl includes a 3.5-inch center drain for efficient drainage. The integrated drainboard slopes away from the bowls to prevent water pooling on the work surface. The channel rim incorporates a slanting sanitary turn-under with an inward-sloping edge to minimize spillage onto floors. No cabinet base is required, making installation straightforward in open kitchen floor plans.
Designed as a floor-mount scullery sink for commercial food service facilities including restaurants, hotels, and cafeterias. No cabinet base is required for installation.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and confirm drain rough-in dimensions before positioning the unit. Connect the 3.5-inch bowl drains to the facility waste line using approved fittings. Adjust the stainless steel feet to level the sink before completing drain and supply connections.
