The BSC PREFERRED WNSF82302 is a floor-mount, double-compartment scullery sink built for the rigorous demands of commercial food service environments. Fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, it delivers strong resistance to corrosion and wear. The overall sink measures 33 inches in length, 27.5 inches in width, and 14 inches in depth. Each bowl measures 15 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 14 inches deep, with a centered 3.5-inch drain opening. An 8-inch full-length backsplash and coved, ground-smooth welded corners support sanitary operation. This unit is intended for installation by licensed plumbers in high-volume kitchen settings.
This sink is designed for commercial kitchens, including restaurants, hotel dining facilities, catering operations, and institutional food service environments. The double-compartment configuration supports dedicated wash and rinse or wash and sanitize workflows. The compartments are pitched to promote positive drainage, reducing standing water and the risk of bacterial stagnation. Stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable feet allow the unit to sit level on uneven floor surfaces. The channel rim with a 2-inch apron helps contain splatter and overflow at the work surface.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation sink for commercial kitchen scullery stations requiring a floor-mount, double-compartment configuration.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in locations before positioning the unit. Adjust the leveling feet to achieve a stable, plumb installation before making final drain and supply connections. Confirm local health department requirements for compartment sink configurations, drain sizes, and backsplash height before finalizing the installation.
We pulled together the parts most installs need for this unit, plus a few add-ons worth a look. Check what you need — nothing here blocks checkout.
