The BSC PREFERRED WNSF8136R2 is a floor-mount, single-compartment scullery sink with an integrated drainboard, built for continuous use in commercial kitchens and food service facilities. The sink body and drainboard are fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance and structural rigidity under heavy daily use. The single bowl measures 36 inches in length, 24 inches in width, and 14 inches in depth, giving kitchen staff ample capacity for washing and rinsing large volumes of cookware and kitchenware. Licensed plumbers or certified kitchen equipment installers typically handle the final rough-in and connection on units of this type.
The WNSF8136R2 is designed for high-volume commercial environments including hotel kitchens, cafeteria back-of-house operations, and restaurant scullery stations. The floor-mount configuration with adjustable stainless steel tubular legs allows placement without wall support, making it adaptable to a range of kitchen layouts. The drainboard and sink compartment are both pitched to direct water toward the 3.5-inch drain opening, which is centrally positioned for efficient waste removal. Two faucet holes are pre-drilled for direct faucet mounting, accommodating standard commercial deck-mount faucet configurations.
Designed as an OEM-style floor-mount scullery sink for commercial food service applications requiring a single-compartment basin with drainboard. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch commercial sink drain fittings and deck-mount faucets using the pre-drilled faucet holes.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and applicable IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in location before positioning the sink. Adjust the stainless steel legs to level the unit before making final drain and supply connections. Do not use abrasive tools on the stainless steel surface during installation, as this can compromise the finish and corrosion resistance.
