The BSC PREFERRED WNSF8136OF1 is a heavy-duty single compartment scullery sink built for demanding commercial kitchen environments. Fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a polished satin finish, it delivers long-term corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. The sink measures 39 inches long by 27.5 inches wide by 14 inches tall overall, with a 36-inch by 24-inch bowl at 14 inches deep. A 3.5-inch drain opening, full-length 8-inch high backsplash, and welded 14-inch radius coved corners contribute to a hygienic, functional design suited to high-volume warewashing and food prep tasks.
This sink is engineered for commercial foodservice and institutional applications including restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, healthcare facilities, and public spaces. The single faucet hole configuration allows flexibility in faucet selection. The 2-inch apron features a slanting sanitary turn to limit spillage, and the 2-inch-thick backsplash accommodates straightforward plumbing rough-in. Stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable bullet-shaped feet provide stable, level support on uneven floors. The channel rim design and coved corner construction reduce dirt trap areas, supporting compliance with commercial kitchen sanitation standards.
Designed as an OEM-style commercial scullery sink for use in restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, healthcare facilities, and other commercial or institutional kitchen environments requiring a single-compartment warewashing or food prep sink.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply to the work area before beginning rough-in. Verify drain alignment and trap requirements before setting the sink. Confirm floor load capacity is adequate for the sink weight plus anticipated water and equipment loads.
