The BSC PREFERRED WNSF8136L2 is a heavy-duty single compartment scullery sink built for commercial kitchen environments. Fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, it delivers the corrosion resistance and structural integrity required for daily high-volume use. The main bowl measures 36 inches x 24 inches x 14 inches, providing generous capacity for washing pots, pans, and large kitchen equipment. An integrated drainboard supports drying operations without additional counter space, and the channel rim design channels liquid toward the drain to keep the work surface clear. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers are the primary trades for this fixture.
This sink is designed for use in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens where sustained heavy-duty cleaning is a daily requirement. The full-length sloped backsplash reduces grime accumulation and supports sanitation compliance. Welded 14-inch radii coved corners at each interior junction simplify cleaning and eliminate hard-to-reach seams. Two pre-drilled faucet holes allow straightforward installation of a standard deck-mount faucet. The overall unit dimensions are 61.5 inches x 27.5 inches x 14 inches. The sink is also available in ADA-compliant depths for applications requiring accessibility accommodation.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation unit for commercial single-compartment scullery sink applications in restaurants, institutional kitchens, and similar food-service facilities.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in dimensions before positioning the sink. Confirm floor levelness and use the adjustable feet to achieve a stable, plumb installation before connecting supply and drain lines. Do not over-tighten drain fittings on the stainless steel bowl.
