The BSC PREFERRED WNSF81360 is a floor-mount, single-compartment scullery sink built for commercial food service environments. Fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, the unit measures 39 inches long by 27.5 inches wide by 14 inches tall overall, with a bowl that runs 36 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 14 inches deep. Welded 14-inch radius coved corners, ground smooth, simplify sanitation and eliminate ledges where grime accumulates. A centralized 3.5-inch drain opening promotes fast, efficient drainage during high-volume use. Tubular legs with adjustable stainless steel feet allow leveling on uneven floors. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers typically specify this fixture for new construction and renovation projects in restaurants, cafeterias, and similar food service operations.
This sink is suited for high-volume food preparation and ware washing in commercial kitchens, including restaurants, cafes, school cafeterias, healthcare facilities, and institutional food service spaces. The full-length 8-inch sloped backsplash accommodates overhead plumbing rough-in and reduces splash onto walls. The channel rim incorporates a 2-inch apron with an inward-sloping edge to contain water at the sink perimeter, reducing floor spills during active use. Its floor-mount configuration works in open-kitchen and back-of-house layouts where freestanding fixtures are required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fixture for commercial floor-mount single-compartment scullery sink applications in food service and institutional settings.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and applicable IPC or state-adopted code requirements. Shut off the water supply and confirm drain rough-in location before positioning the sink. Do not overtighten drain fittings against the stainless steel bowl. Verify floor levelness and adjust the stainless steel feet before final plumbing connections to prevent stress on drain lines.
