The BSC PREFERRED WNSF8130L2 is a heavy-duty single-compartment scullery sink constructed from 14-gauge, Type 304 stainless steel, designed for high-volume commercial kitchen environments. The sink compartment measures 30 inches in length, 24 inches in width, and 14 inches in depth, providing substantial capacity for washing large cookware and equipment. A full-length sloped backsplash stands 8 inches high with a 2-inch thickness to accommodate behind-wall plumbing. The centered 3.5-inch drain opening works in conjunction with a channel rim and slanting sanitary turn design to control splashing and direct water efficiently. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers are the primary trades for this fixture.
This scullery sink is suited for commercial kitchens in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and institutional food service operations. The integrated drainboard is pitched for passive drainage, keeping the work surface clear between tasks. Two faucet holes are pre-drilled into the sink deck, allowing flexibility in fixture selection and configuration. Stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable bullet-shaped feet provide leveling capability on uneven floors, making the unit practical for retrofit and new construction installations alike.
Designed as an OEM-style drop-in replacement or new-installation scullery sink for commercial kitchen applications requiring a single-compartment unit with drainboard and pre-drilled faucet holes.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in compliance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in dimensions before setting the sink. The tubular legs must be secured and feet adjusted to achieve a level, stable installation before connecting supply and drain lines. Do not overtighten drain fittings against the stainless steel drain flange.
