The BSC PREFERRED WCLWO1923OSDC is a wall-hung stainless steel lavatory sink kit designed for both residential and commercial plumbing installations. Built from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish, the sink measures 19 x 23 x 4 inches overall and delivers long-term corrosion resistance in demanding environments. The single rectangular bowl measures 16 inches in length, 13.50 inches in width, and 4 inches in depth. A rear center drain positioned at 1.50 inches keeps the under-sink area clear. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the bowl bottom to reduce noise and vibration during use. Licensed plumbers and commercial contractors install this unit in new construction and remodel applications where wall-hung fixtures are specified.
This sink kit is suited for bathrooms, healthcare facilities, office restrooms, and other commercial or institutional spaces where a compact, wall-mounted lavatory is required. The 3-hole faucet deck configuration accepts a wide range of standard lavatory faucets. The kit includes the LKAD174 drain assembly and the LKD232SBH5C faucet, reducing the need to source components separately. When installed per ADA guidelines, the wall-hung design provides accessible mounting height for users with mobility limitations, making it a practical choice for ADA-compliant restroom projects.
Designed for wall-hung lavatory installations in residential and commercial settings. Includes the LKAD174 drain and LKD232SBH5C faucet. The 3-hole deck layout is compatible with standard lavatory faucet configurations. ADA-compliant mounting requires installation per applicable local and federal accessibility codes.
Installation must be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the International Plumbing Code and all applicable local codes. Shut off the water supply and verify wall blocking or carrier frame supports are in place before mounting, as wall-hung sinks transfer all load to the wall structure. Do not overtighten drain fittings or faucet mounting hardware. Confirm ADA-required clearances for knee space, rim height, and drain pipe insulation with the authority having jurisdiction before rough-in.
