The BSC PREFERRED W55S00751-16 is an exterior semi-transparent wood stain in a tint base formulation, sold by the gallon. It penetrates wood surfaces to deliver subtle color while allowing the natural grain to remain visible. Designed for use on both new and weathered wood, it resists chalking and color fading to keep exterior surfaces looking consistent over time. Coverage ranges from 100 to 200 square feet per gallon on rough surfaces and 300 to 400 square feet per gallon on smooth surfaces. Cleanup is done with soap and water. This product is applied by painting contractors and experienced DIYers working on exterior wood surfaces.
