The BSC PREFERRED W39W00603-16 is a 100% acrylic latex satin floor enamel formulated for both interior and exterior use. It is designed to beautify new surfaces and restore the appearance of worn surfaces on floors, patios, porches, and steps. The coating delivers excellent adhesion to properly prepared concrete, brick, wood, and metal, and provides exceptional abrasion resistance for high-traffic foot areas. Cleanup requires only soap and water. Coverage is approximately 350 to 400 square feet per gallon, making it well suited for mid- to large-scale surface projects.

This floor enamel is intended for residential and light commercial applications where durable, attractive surface protection is needed on horizontal surfaces exposed to foot traffic and weather. Typical installations include painted concrete patios, exterior wood porches, painted steps, and interior floor surfaces. This product is not rated for garage floors or any surface subject to vehicle traffic, gasoline, or oil drips. It is sold by the gallon and is appropriate for professional painters, flooring contractors, and experienced maintenance trades.
