The BSC PREFERRED VHB595234R is a double-sided VHB foam tape engineered to replace mechanical fasteners including rivets, bolts, screws, spot-welds, and liquid adhesives in a wide range of structural bonding applications. The tape features a conformable black foam core with acrylic adhesive on both sides, allowing it to bond effectively to irregular surfaces and mixed substrates. It resists moisture, solvents, and UV exposure, and maintains adhesion across a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F. A red polyethylene liner protects the adhesive until installation. This product meets UL746C certification requirements.
