The BSC PREFERRED USF1-GL is a urethane fortified satin floor coating formulated for exterior and interior surfaces that take heavy foot traffic. The low-odor, quick-dry formula makes it suitable for enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces. VOC content is less than 100 grams per litre. Cleanup requires only soap and water. This product is sold by the gallon and is handled by facilities maintenance and painting trades.
