The BSC PREFERRED TNT100 is a tilt-activated damage indicator used to alert package recipients of potential mishandling during shipping and transit. Each device attaches to the exterior of a package and is activated by pulling the bar in the center of the unit. If the package is tipped beyond an acceptable angle during transit, the top arrow on the device turns blue, providing a clear visual signal that the shipment may have sustained damage. Brightly colored for easy recognition by package handlers and receivers alike, the TNT100 is sold in a case of 100 units.
This indicator is designed for use in warehousing, logistics, and distribution environments where fragile or sensitive shipments require tamper-evident tilt monitoring. It is commonly applied to electronics, equipment, appliances, and other cargo that is susceptible to damage from tipping or improper orientation during handling. Each case includes warning labels that provide clear instructions to receivers on how to interpret the indicator status before accepting a shipment.
The TNT100 is equivalent to part number S-866. Suitable for attachment to the exterior surface of standard shipping cartons, crates, and packaged equipment across warehouse and distribution applications.
Attach the device firmly to the outside of the package prior to shipment. Pull the bar in the center of the device to activate before sealing and releasing the package for transit. Affix the included warning label in a visible location near the indicator so receivers can identify and act on a triggered device. No special tools or trade licensing is required for installation.
