The BSC PREFERRED THT108 is a wax-resin thermal transfer ribbon engineered for high-definition barcode and label printing on thermal transfer label stock. Compatible with Zebra, Sato, and Datamax printers, it features a Printhead Saver coating and an anti-static back coating that help extend printhead service life. The ribbon is highly sensitive, allowing operation at lower print temperatures while supporting speeds up to 12 inches per second (IPS). Reduced heat requirements and faster print speeds translate directly to lower printhead wear and reduced energy consumption over the life of the ribbon supply.

The THT108 is suited for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and shipping environments where high-volume thermal transfer label printing is routine. It produces dark, high-definition output including rotated and non-rotated barcodes, text, logos, and symbols.
