The BSC PREFERRED THL114 is a thermal transfer label designed for product identification, shipping labels, and general packaging applications. The label features a bright white, matte coated facestock with a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive that bonds reliably to corrugated cartons and standard packaging surfaces. Ribbons are required for printing, making this a thermal transfer format rather than a direct thermal product. Labels are wound out on a 3-inch diameter core, with liners perforated between labels for easy dispensing. Each case contains 1000 labels, suited for medium to high-volume shipping and warehouse labeling operations.
These labels are intended for use in distribution centers, warehouses, and manufacturing environments where reliable product identification and shipment tracking are required. They perform well in standard indoor packaging and shipping workflows. The permanent adhesive provides strong initial tack on corrugated carton surfaces, making them a practical choice for outbound freight labeling. Installation and loading follow standard label roll procedures for thermal transfer printers.
Compatible with Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and other thermal transfer label printers. This product is equivalent to part number S-5037.
Loading is performed by threading the label roll through the print mechanism according to the printer manufacturer's guidelines. Power down the printer before loading or replacing a label roll to avoid media feed errors. Confirm ribbon type and width are matched to the label stock before printing. Store unused rolls in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance.
