The BSC PREFERRED T967767 is a general-purpose vinyl safety tape engineered to mark safety equipment locations and emergency escape routes in industrial and commercial facilities. Built on a 5.0 mil vinyl backing, the tape resists abrasion, scuffing, moisture, weathering, acids, and alkaline chemicals for an extended service life in demanding environments. The rubber-based adhesive bonds on contact to most surfaces, eliminating the need for primers, drying time, or adhesive cleanup during application. Bright colors are embedded directly into the vinyl substrate, maintaining high visibility over time without fading or peeling. Each case contains 24 rolls, supporting large-scale floor marking projects with a single order.
This tape is suited for safety compliance marking in manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centers, and commercial facilities. Common applications include marking evacuation routes, delineating equipment hazard zones, identifying first aid station locations, and creating aisle boundary lines. The contact-adhesive construction allows for fast installation with minimal disruption to active production or warehouse operations, making it a practical choice for facilities managers, safety coordinators, and maintenance technicians performing routine safety compliance work.
Designed as a general-purpose safety floor marking tape for use on smooth and semi-smooth hard surfaces in industrial, commercial, and institutional environments. This product is equivalent to part number S-19240.
Surface should be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, and loose debris before application to ensure full adhesive contact. Apply firm hand pressure or use a roller along the full length of the tape to seat the adhesive evenly. For best results in high-traffic zones, allow a brief dwell period after application before resuming foot or equipment traffic. Follow all applicable OSHA and facility safety marking standards when laying out emergency egress and equipment identification routes.
