Bsc Preferred T90257RD1PK Security Void Tape

Product Description

The BSC PREFERRED T90257RD1PK is a tamper-evident security tape designed to protect high-value shipments from unauthorized access. When the tape is moved or removed, a bold OPENED VOID message transfers to the surface, providing immediate visual confirmation of tampering. Consecutive serial numbers are printed at regular intervals along the tape length, allowing shippers to differentiate and track individual packages. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors, as well as logistics and facilities management professionals, use this tape to secure sensitive equipment shipments and supply deliveries.

This tape is suited for use on corrugated shipping boxes, cartons, and standard mailers. It can also be applied to ordinary envelopes to convert them into tamper-resistant mailers. Typical applications include securing high-value parts shipments, controlled-access supply packages, and any carton where chain-of-custody documentation is required. The consecutive numbering feature supports shipment logging and verification workflows without requiring additional labeling tools.

Key Features

• OPENED VOID message activates on the surface immediately when tape is disturbed or removed
• Consecutive serial numbers printed at regular intervals for shipment differentiation and tracking
• Compatible with standard corrugated boxes, mailers, and envelopes
• Converts ordinary mailers and envelopes into tamper-resistant materials when applied as a security strip
• Sold individually as a single roll per unit

Compatibility

Designed for use on corrugated cartons, cardboard boxes, standard mailers, and paper envelopes as a tamper-evident sealing solution.

Installation Notes

Application requires a clean, dry, and dust-free surface for proper adhesion and void message activation. No special tools are required beyond standard tape dispensing equipment. When used for shipment security, apply across all closure seams and document the serial numbers present on each sealed package. Do not attempt to reapply tape that has already been removed, as the void message transfer is a one-time tamper-indication feature.
