The BSC PREFERRED SWEEP1200 is an oil-based floor sweeping compound designed to clean finished floor surfaces without causing scratches or surface damage. The sand-free formula relies on oil-based carriers rather than abrasive particles, making it suitable for use on sealed, finished, or polished floors where conventional grit-bearing compounds would cause surface degradation. This compound does not contain wax or sand. It is typically applied by facilities maintenance technicians, janitorial staff, and industrial cleaning crews in commercial and light industrial environments.
The SWEEP1200 is intended for use on finished floor surfaces in commercial, institutional, and industrial settings. It is well suited for warehouses, manufacturing floors, schools, and large retail spaces where dust and debris accumulation requires regular sweeping maintenance. Note: this product is not available for sale in Minnesota. It is equivalent to part number S-12888.
