The BSC PREFERRED SS8372R6 is a floor-mount triple compartment scullery sink built for high-volume commercial kitchen environments. Fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, it delivers lasting resistance to corrosion, staining, and the constant abuse of a working kitchen. Three compartments, each measuring 24 inches x 24 inches x 14 inches, provide ample room for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and food prep items. An integrated drainboard and an 8-inch full-length backsplash sloped at 45 degrees round out the design, giving installers and operators a complete, ready-to-use washing station. Four adjustable stainless steel legs allow for leveling on uneven floor surfaces.
This sink is suited for commercial foodservice and institutional settings including restaurants, school cafeterias, catering facilities, and healthcare kitchens. The three-compartment configuration supports standard wash-rinse-sanitize workflow requirements common in NSF and health department guidelines. Six faucet holes are pre-drilled to accommodate a range of faucet and pre-rinse spray configurations. The channel rim design with a 2-inch apron reduces spillover at the sink edge, and the polished satin finish simplifies surface cleaning between uses. The overall installed footprint spans approximately 97.5 inches in length, making this unit appropriate for larger prep or scullery areas.
Designed as a floor-mount replacement or new-installation triple compartment scullery sink for commercial and institutional kitchens requiring a standard wash-rinse-sanitize basin layout.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and applicable health department requirements for commercial foodservice equipment. Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in locations before positioning the unit. Leg height should be adjusted and locked before final plumbing connections are made to ensure the sink is level and stable. Confirm local code requirements for indirect drain connections on commercial scullery sinks prior to rough-in.
