The BSC PREFERRED SS8345R3 is a three-compartment floor-mounted scullery sink built from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel for heavy-duty commercial kitchen use. The sink measures 70.5 inches long by 27.5 inches wide by 14 inches deep overall, with each of the three compartments measuring 15 inches by 24 inches and 14 inches deep. A full-length drainboard is integrated into the design to support drying and staging tasks. An 8-inch backsplash with a 45-degree slope runs the full length of the unit to contain splatter and simplify cleaning. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers typically handle this type of fixture in new construction and renovation projects.
The SS8345R3 is designed for commercial food service environments including restaurants, bars, cafeterias, and food preparation facilities. The three-compartment configuration supports dedicated wash, soak, and rinse operations in a single fixture, meeting standard warewashing workflow requirements. The drainboard features a channel rim and 2-inch apron to minimize spillover onto adjacent surfaces. Each compartment includes a centrally positioned 3.5-inch drain opening, and compartment floors are angled to promote drainage. The sink is supported by four adjustable stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable feet to accommodate uneven floors and accommodate leveling on installation. The design also meets ADA-compliant depth requirements for accessibility.
Designed as an OEM-style floor-mounted three-compartment scullery sink for commercial kitchen, food service, and food preparation applications requiring warewashing compliance.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and confirm drain rough-in dimensions before setting the fixture. Verify floor levelness prior to final leg adjustment and secure all drain connections with appropriate gaskets and fittings. This fixture is not suitable for residential potable water system applications without confirming local code compliance.
