The BSC PREFERRED SS8345R2 is a floor-mounted triple compartment scullery sink built for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. Fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, it measures 70.5 inches long by 27.5 inches wide with a standing height of 44 inches. Each of the three compartments measures 15 by 24 inches with a 14-inch depth, providing ample basin volume for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. A full-length 8-inch backsplash with a 45-degree slope resists grime buildup, and the compartments are pitched to assist drainage. The satin finish resists staining and scratching under daily commercial use. Licensed plumbers and foodservice equipment installers are the primary trades for this type of fixture.
The SS8345R2 is suited for commercial kitchens, school cafeterias, healthcare facilities, bar setups, and food prep areas requiring a dedicated multi-compartment washing station. The integrated drainboard provides additional workspace for drying and organizing dishware. A channel rim with a 2-inch apron minimizes spillover at the sink perimeter. Four adjustable tubular stainless steel legs with bullet-shaped feet allow for height customization and stable floor contact on uneven surfaces. Two faucet holes are included to accommodate a standard pre-rinse or mixing faucet assembly, offering layout flexibility across a range of commercial installations.
Designed as a floor-mounted commercial scullery sink for use in licensed commercial kitchen, foodservice, healthcare, and institutional plumbing installations requiring a three-compartment washing station.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and applicable IPC requirements for commercial sinks. Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in locations before setting the sink. Leg height should be adjusted and locked before connecting supply and drain lines. Confirm local health department requirements for compartment sizing and sanitizing bay configuration prior to final installation.
