The BSC PREFERRED SS8260LR4 is a heavy-duty double-compartment scullery sink built for high-volume commercial kitchen environments. Fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a polished satin finish, it measures 108 inches in length and 27.5 inches in width. Each of the two bowls is 30 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 14 inches deep, providing substantial wash capacity for large cookware, sheet pans, and service items. An integrated drainboard pitched for drainage supports an efficient wash-rinse-dry workflow. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen contractors are the typical installers for this sink category.
The SS8260LR4 is designed for demanding commercial settings including restaurants, catering operations, healthcare facilities, and other high-traffic foodservice environments. The channel rim design with a 2-inch apron reduces spillover at the sink perimeter, while the 8-inch full-length backsplash is angled at 45 degrees to direct water away from the wall. Up to four faucet holes are supported, accommodating a range of pre-rinse, mixing, and side-spray fixture configurations. Four LK251 adjustable stainless steel tubular legs provide stability and allow leveling on uneven kitchen floors.
Designed for commercial plumbing installations in restaurants, catering facilities, healthcare environments, and other high-traffic foodservice applications requiring a double-compartment scullery sink with integrated drainboard.
Installation of this sink should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in locations before positioning the sink. Leg height should be adjusted and locked before final drain and supply connections are made. Verify that the floor can support the weight of the assembled sink when loaded with water and equipment.
