The BSC PREFERRED SS82422 is a double compartment scullery sink built for demanding commercial and industrial kitchen environments. Fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, it delivers strong corrosion resistance and long service life under continuous daily use. The overall unit measures 45 inches long by 27.5 inches wide by 14 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Two deep bowls each measure 21 inches in length, 24 inches in width, and 14 inches in depth, providing substantial capacity for washing large pots, sheet pans, and commercial kitchenware. A channel rim design with a 2-inch apron reduces spillover, while an 8-inch full-length backsplash with a 45-degree slope limits grime buildup and simplifies cleaning.
This scullery sink is suited for commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities, food prep areas, and recreation or institutional spaces where high-volume warewashing is routine. The two-bowl configuration supports simultaneous washing and rinsing workflows. Each bowl includes a 3.5-inch center drain opening pitched for efficient drainage, accelerating turnaround between cleaning cycles. Two faucet holes allow flexible faucet placement to match the facility layout. Four adjustable stainless steel tubular legs provide leveling capability across uneven floor surfaces common in commercial settings. Installation is typically handled by a licensed plumber.
Designed as a freestanding double compartment scullery sink for commercial kitchen, healthcare, food service, and institutional plumbing installations requiring a two-bowl stainless steel sink with adjustable-leg support.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and ensure drain rough-in locations align with the 3.5-inch center drain openings in each bowl before setting the unit. Adjust the stainless steel tubular legs to level the sink before making final drain and supply connections. Do not overtighten drain fittings against the stainless steel bowls, as this can distort the drain flange seat.
