The BSC PREFERRED SS8130ROF1 is a heavy-duty floor-mount scullery sink built for continuous use in demanding commercial and industrial environments. Fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a polished satin finish, it features a single-compartment basin measuring 30 inches x 24 inches x 14 inches, housed in an overall footprint of 55.5 inches x 27.5 inches x 14 inches. The welded square-corner compartment construction adds structural rigidity, and the integrated drainboard with a 3.5-inch center drain opening promotes rapid water evacuation. This sink is designed for installation by licensed plumbers in foodservice, healthcare, and institutional facilities.
The SS8130ROF1 is suited for commercial kitchens, restaurant sculleries, school cafeterias, healthcare facilities, and other high-throughput wash stations where basin capacity and drainage efficiency are critical. The full-length 8-inch backsplash with a 45-degree slope reduces grime accumulation behind the work surface, and the 2-inch channel rim apron minimizes spillover onto surrounding floors. Four adjustable stainless steel tubular legs with bullet-shaped feet allow height customization to accommodate varying floor conditions and workflow requirements. The single faucet hole configuration simplifies trim-out during installation.
Designed as an OEM-style floor-mount scullery sink for commercial and institutional plumbing installations requiring a single-compartment basin with integrated drainboard. Suitable for use with standard 3.5-inch sink drain assemblies and deck-mount faucets configured for a single-hole installation.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and verify the floor drain location before positioning the sink. Leg height should be adjusted before final drain and supply connections are made. Do not overtighten drain fittings against the stainless steel basin; use appropriate gaskets and follow fitting manufacturer torque guidance.
