The BSC PREFERRED SS8124OF2 is a heavy-duty, floor-mounted stainless steel scullery sink built for high-demand commercial and institutional environments. Fabricated from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a polished satin finish, it features a single compartment measuring 24 inches in length, 24 inches in width, and 14 inches in depth. The overall unit dimensions are 27 inches long by 27.5 inches wide by 14 inches deep. Square corner welded construction adds structural rigidity, and the integral drainboard with pitched compartment floor channels water toward the centered 3.5-inch drain opening. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers are the primary trades for this fixture.
The SS8124OF2 is suited for commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities, classrooms, and public-use spaces where a durable, single-bay sink is required for washing large items or heavy-duty cleaning tasks. The ADA-compliant depth makes it appropriate for accessible installations in schools, parks, and medical environments. The floor-mount configuration with four adjustable stainless steel legs allows leveling on uneven concrete or tile surfaces common in back-of-house and utility areas.
Designed as an OEM-style floor-mounted scullery sink for commercial kitchen, institutional, and public-facility plumbing rough-ins requiring a single-compartment stainless steel fixture with a standard 3.5-inch drain connection.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in location before positioning the unit. The four adjustable legs should be set to achieve level before final drain connection. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool on the satin finish during or after installation, as this can damage the surface and reduce corrosion resistance.
